We have implemented a stringent quality assurance inspection system.In addition to applying our proprietary experience-based inspection standards, we have consigned a third-party certification testing lab to undertake quality verification at the planning and development stages. As part of our effort to institute a strict and safety-focused testing system, we have taken the initiative to conduct quality tests on prototypes and mass-produced products in the presence of the certification testing lab. This enables us to analyze any problems that occur and to verify that quality levels are standardized across all plants both inside and outside Japan.

Our Customer Relations Office fulfills the role of responding to inquiries and providing consultations. In addition to responding to inquiries from both existing and prospective customers, this office also maintains a database for feeding back information to related sections regarding returns, parts exchange, repairs and other service-related issues. This invaluable information?which we will use to inspire future product development-is linked to the manufacture of new products focused on quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
