The needs for consumer electronics in modern society are extremely diverse, and the pace of change is accelerating at an unprecedented pace. In order to respond swiftly to these complex market trends and create the future one step ahead, we have two core businesses. The first is our manufacturer function, which is responsible for the planning and development of our own brand products. As a fabless manufacturer, we pay close attention to details from the product design stage, and are passionate about creating products that are basic yet have “sparkling value that adds small touches to everyday life ”.
The second is our trading company function, which handles products from leading manufacturers in Japan and overseas. As a distributor, we anticipate market trends and contribute to revitalizing the market by proposing a variety of products that are most needed at the time. By complementing each other, we have a strong and stable business foundation and the ability to respond quickly to changes.

Ever since our founding,the Sanpo Yoshi spirit that underscored the business practices of the Omi Merchants has been irremovably woven into our DNA. Put simply,Sanpo Yoshi means to do business in manner that pleases both the vendor and the buyer,and duly contributes to society. The Omi Merchants were nationally oriented when it came to marketing; they did business all across Japan by building a nationwide sales network around a main office.Integral to that, they believed that earning the trust of the local community was paramount to moving into other areas, which led them to the Sanpo Yoshi principle. At Koizumi Seiki, that win-win-win mindset carries on still today.
